Kuzuhara Kofun is a Kofun period burial mound, located in the Onizuka, Kuzuhara neighborhood of the city of Usa on the island of Kyushu, Japan. The tumulus was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1957.Places of Interest Nearby

The Ōita Prefectural Museum of History opened in Usa, Ōita Prefecture, Japan in 1998, replacing the Usa Fudoki-no-Oka of 1981. It is one of Japan's many museums which are supported by a prefecture. Ōita Prefectural Museum of History is situated 2½ km east of Kuzuhara Kofun.
