Namaka is a hamlet in southern Alberta, Canada within Wheatland County. It is located approximately 10 kilometres south of Highway 1 and 55 kilometres east of Calgary. Its name means "near the water" in Blackfoot. The first school was built in 1909. Namaka is situated 10 km southwest of Cavalier Energy Centre.
