Haghartsin is a village in the Dilijan Municipality of the Tavush Province of Armenia. The 13th-century Haghartsin Monastery is located around 8 km northwest of the village. Haghartsin is situated 2½ km southwest of Haghartsin.

Hovk is a village in the Dilijan Municipality of the Tavush Province in Armenia. In 1988–1989 Armenian refugees from Azerbaijan settled in the village; refugees from Getashen, the villages of Shamkhor as well as from Martunashen resettled in the village. Hovk is situated 3 km east of Haghartsin.
