The Tuxtla Gutiérrez Mexico Temple is the 75th operating temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Tuxtla Gutiérrez is the capital of Chiapas, Mexico's southernmost state and is an area famous for its many archaeological ruins. Tuxtla Gutiérrez Mexico Temple is situated 1½ km northeast of D1.

Tuxtla Gutiérrez, usually just called Tuxtla, is the capital of Chiapas, and a busy government, commercial and services-oriented city. It is not a tourist attraction, but normal Mexican city, also acting as a transportation hub for tourists coming into the state due to its major airport and a bus terminal.
