Vancouver Academy of Music

The Vancouver Academy of Music is a Canadian music conservatory located in Vancouver, British Columbia. The school was founded as the Community Music School of Greater Vancouver in 1969 through efforts made by the Vancouver Community Arts Council.

H. R. MacMillan Space Centre

The H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, is an astronomy museum located at Vanier Park in Vancouver, British Columbia. The museum was opened on October 28, 1968, containing a Planetarium Star Theatre. H. R. MacMillan Space Centre is situated 200 metres north of Vancouver Academy of Music.

Bard on the Beach is Western Canada's largest professional Shakespeare festival. The theatre festival runs annually from early June through September in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Bard on the Beach is situated 280 metres northeast of Vancouver Academy of Music.
