The Hoping Power Plant is a coal-fired power plant in Xiulin Township, Hualien County, Taiwan. With the installed capacity of 1,320 MW, the power plant is the fourth largest coal-fired power plant in Taiwan. Ho-Ping Power Station is situated 1½ km northeast of 和平站.
