The Ryōgoku Bridge is a bridge in Tokyo built in 1659 spanning the Sumida River just upstream of its confluence with the Kanda River. Its name, meaning "two provinces", came from its joining Edo and Shimōsa Province. Ryōgoku Bridge is situated 160 metres southeast of Yanagi Bridge.

Ryōgoku Kokugikan, also known as Ryōgoku Sumo Hall or Kokugikan Arena, refers to two different indoor sporting arenas located in Tokyo. The first Ryōgoku Kokugikan opened its doors in 1909 and was located on the premises of the Ekōin temple in Ryōgoku, Tokyo. Ryōgoku Kokugikan is situated 570 metres east of Yanagi Bridge.
