The St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica is a Roman Catholic cathedral and basilica dedicated to Saint Peter located in Kumasi, Ghana. The church is the seat of the Archdiocese of Kumasi. The church was dedicated on 2 June 2004. St Peter’s Cathedral Basilica, Kumasi is situated 440 metres northwest of Jubilee Park.

Asafo Market is a trading centre in Asafo, Kumasi, the capital of Ashanti, Ghana, to the western side of the Asafo interchange. Asafo Market was formerly called Nkrumah Market, which was named after the first Prime Minister of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah; however, the name was changed to Asafo Market when Nkrumah was overthrown. Asafo Market is situated 600 metres south of Jubilee Park.

Baba Yara Sports Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kumasi, Ashanti. It is Ghana's largest stadium, with a seating capacity of 40,528. The Kumasi Stadium is used mostly for football matches, although it is also used for athletics. Baba Yara Stadium is situated 1½ km southeast of Jubilee Park.
