Baba Yara Sports Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Kumasi, Ashanti. It is Ghana's largest stadium, with a seating capacity of 40,528. The Kumasi Stadium is used mostly for football matches, although it is also used for athletics. Baba Yara Stadium is situated 1 km south of Koduah House.

Asafo Market was formerly called Nkrumah Market, which was named after the first Prime Minister of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah; however, the name was changed to Asafo Market when Nkrumah was overthrown. Asafo Market is situated 1 km west of Koduah House.
