Lantau Peak

Lantau Peak, or Fung Wong Shan, is a mountain in Lantau South Country Park, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It is the second-highest peak in Hong Kong and the highest point on the island, with a height of 934 metres above the Hong Kong Principal Datum, or around 933 metres above mean sea level.

The Big Buddha is a large bronze sculpture of Buddha, completed in 1993, and located at Ngong Ping, near Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island, Hong Kong.

Nei Lak Shan is the eighth highest mountain in Hong Kong. With a height of 751 m, it is situated on Lantau Island immediately north of Ngong Ping where the Buddhist Po Lin Monastery is located.

Tung Chung is an area on the northwestern coast of Lantau Island, Hong Kong. One of the most recent new towns, it was formerly a rural fishing village beside Tung Chung Bay, and along the delta and lower courses of Tung Chung River and Ma Wan Chung in the north-western coast of Lantau Island.

Tai O is a fishing town, partly located on an island of the same name, on the western side of Lantau Island in Hong Kong. The village name means large inlet, referring to outlet for the waterways merges as it moves through Tai O.
