Maria Pia Bridge, commonly known as Dona Maria Pia Bridge, is a railway bridge built in 1877 and attributed to Gustave Eiffel. It is situated between the Portuguese Northern municipalities of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Maria Pia Bridge is situated 420 metres southeast of Alameda das Fontainhas.

The Infante Dom Henrique Bridge, commonly known as Infante Bridge, is a road bridge across the Douro River in Greater Porto, Portugal. The bridge is upriver from the Dom Luís I Bridge and downriver from the Maria Pia Bridge. Infante Dom Henrique Bridge is situated 190 metres southwest of Alameda das Fontainhas.

Santo Ildefonso is a former civil parish in the municipality of Porto, Portugal. In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau e Vitória. The population in 2011 was 9,029, in an area of 1.24 km2.
