Lomnický štít is one of the highest and most visited mountain peaks in the High Tatras mountains of Slovakia. Connected by cable car to Tatranská Lomnica, its summit is 2,634 metres above sea level, making it the second highest peak in the High Tatras after Gerlachovský štít.

The Skalnaté pleso Observatory is an astronomical and meteorological observatory located in the locality of the same name in the High Tatra Mountains in Slovakia, at coordinates and at an altitude of 1,786 metres on the south-eastern slopes of Lomnický štít near Tatranská Lomnica.

Hrebienok is a small ski resort in the Tatra Mountains, in northern Slovakia. It is connected by the Starý Smokovec–Hrebienok funicular to the town of Starý Smokovec, which is in turn part of the Tatra Electric Railway.
