Located east of the intersection of Eglinton Avenue and Weston Road in the Mount Dennis neighbourhood in the district of York, it is a station on GO Transit's Kitchener line and the Union Pearson Express and will be the western terminus of Line 5 Eglinton. Mount Dennis station is situated 380 metres northeast of Our Lady of Victory Church.
