Miantonomi Memorial Park

Miantonomi Memorial Park is a public park between Hillside Avenue and Girard Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island. The Narragansett Indians used the area around the park for hundreds of years and the park is named after Sachem, or Chief, Miantonomi.
