Ayni Opera and Ballet Theatre, formerly known as the Tajik Musical Theatre, is a historic Soviet-era building and musical theatre in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The building was named after Tajik poet Sadriddin Ayni. Ayni Opera and Ballet Theatre is situated 3½ km northeast of Бозорчаи Яккачинор.

The Dushanbe Flagpole is a free–standing flagpole located in front of the Palace of Nation in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. At 165 metres, it was the tallest flagpole in the world from its completion in 2011 until the 2014 erection of the 171 m Jeddah Flagpole. Dushanbe Flagpole is situated 3½ km northeast of Бозорчаи Яккачинор.
