The Chasuriyama Kofun is a Kofun period burial mound, located in the Ikunocho Kuchiganaya neighborhood of the city of Asago, Hyōgo, in the Kansai region of Japan. It was designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 2004. Chasuriyama Kofun is situated 3 km east of Takeda Castle.
