Lugano railway station is the main railway station of the city of Lugano, in the Swiss canton of Ticino. The station is on the Gotthard railway and is also the terminus of the Lugano Città–Stazione funicular. Lugano Railway Station is situated 1 km northeast of Ospedale Sant’Anna.

The Museo delle Culture di Lugano was opened on 23 September 1989 with the aim of preserving most of the ethnic art collected by Serge Brignoni and coming in particular from the Far East, India, South-East Asia, Indonesia and Oceania. Museum of Cultures is situated 720 metres southeast of Ospedale Sant’Anna.
