Penikese Island is a 75-acre island off the coast of Massachusetts, United States, in Buzzards Bay. It is one of the Elizabeth Islands, which make up the town of Gosnold, Massachusetts. Penikese is located near the west end of the Elizabeth island chain. Penikese Island is situated 2 miles north of Barges Beach.
Cuttyhunk Light

Cuttyhunk Light was a lighthouse at the west end of Cuttyhunk Island, Massachusetts. First established in 1823, it was rebuilt several times. The last lighthouse was built in 1891, with a 5th order Fresnel Lens in a 45-foot tower. Cuttyhunk Light is situated 2 miles west of Barges Beach.
