Sven is a residential building located at 29-59 Northern Boulevard in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, New York City. At 762 feet tall, Sven is the third-tallest building in Queens behind Skyline Tower and The Orchard, as well as one of the tallest buildings in New York City outside of Manhattan. Chase Manhattan Bank Building is situated 1,200 feet southeast of Packard Square.

The Queensboro Bridge, officially the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, is a cantilever bridge over the East River in New York City. Completed in 1909, it connects the Long Island City neighborhood in the borough of Queens with the East Midtown and Upper East Side neighborhoods in Manhattan, passing over Roosevelt Island. Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge is situated 3,400 feet northwest of Packard Square.
