The Gisborne railway station in Gisborne, New Zealand was the main railway station in Gisborne; and the northern terminus of the Palmerston North–Gisborne Line from 1942 when the line was opened, until 2012 when the line was mothballed beyond Napier.

The Gisborne City Vintage Railway Incorporated is a railway preservation group based in Gisborne, New Zealand. Operating on part of the northern section of the mothballed Palmerston North–Gisborne Line, the group was founded in 1985. Gisborne City Vintage Railway is situated 280 metres southeast of Railway Station Reserve.
