The L. P. Fisher Public Library, started in 1912 and completed in 1914, is a landmark in the town of Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada. Named for Lewis Peter Fisher, a loyalist lawyer, mayor, and leading citizen of Woodstock who bequeathed $208,000 for local charitable purposes, including the construction of a free library. L. P. Fisher Public Library is situated 1½ km southeast of AYR Motor Centre.
Old Carleton County Court House
The Old Carleton County Court House is an 1833 court house in Upper Woodstock, New Brunswick, Canada. The Courthouse was built in 1833. A new courthouse was constructed, obviating the need for the old one, which was used as a horse barn from 1911 until 1960 when it was purchased by the Carleton County Historical Society. Old Carleton County Court House is situated 1½ km northeast of AYR Motor Centre.
