Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests

The Temple of Heaven is a complex of imperial religious Confucian buildings situated in the southeastern part of central Beijing. The complex was visited by the Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties for annual ceremonies of prayer to Heaven for a good harvest. Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests is situated 1½ km southwest of Huashi Mosque.

The Beijing Ancient Observatory is a pretelescopic observatory located in Beijing, China. The observatory was built in 1442 during the Ming dynasty, and expanded during the Qing. Beijing Ancient Observatory is situated 1½ km northeast of Huashi Mosque.
