Capitol Theatre

The Capitol Theatre is located in Port Hope, Ontario, and is one of the last fully restored atmospheric movie theatres still in operation in Canada. Now a National Historic Site and still used for performances, it was constructed in 1930, with an interior designed to resemble a walled medieval courtyard surrounded by a forest.

St. Mark's Anglican Church is a historic Anglican church in Port Hope, Ontario, Canada. The Carpenter Gothic church building dates from the 1820s and was the original home of St. St. Mark’s Anglican Church is situated 400 metres east of Downtown Port Hope.

Port Hope railway station in Port Hope, Ontario, Canada, is one of the oldest Canadian passenger rail stations still in active use. Served by Via Rail trains running from Toronto to Kingston and Ottawa, it was also a stop for trains to and from Montreal until January 24, 2012. Port Hope Railway Station is situated 1 km southwest of Downtown Port Hope.

Canton is a hamlet in southeastern Ontario, a few kilometers north of Port Hope. It has a small wooden chapel built in 1832, one of the oldest in the region. Canton was once the home of Vincent Massey, the lawyer, diplomat and Governor General of Canada. Canton is situated 7 km northwest of Downtown Port Hope.
