Officially, Komitas Museum-Institute is an art and biographical museum in Yerevan, Armenia, devoted to the renowned Armenian musicologist and composer Komitas. Komitas Museum-Institute is situated 460 metres west of Rich Plaza.

Komitas Park and Pantheon is located in Yerevan's Shengavit District, on the right side of the main Arshakunyats Avenue, in Armenia. It was formed in 1936 after the demolition of the "Mler" cemetery and its historic chapel. Komitas Pantheon is situated 530 metres west of Rich Plaza.

The Armenian Railways Museum is a railway museum in Yerevan, Armenia. On 31 July 2009, the South Caucasus Railway Company, a rail operator in Armenia, owned by Russian Railways, opened the Railway Museum in Yerevan in the building of Yerevan railway station. Armenian Railways Museum is situated 800 metres south of Rich Plaza.
