Miho Jinja is a Shinto shrine in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture, Japan. The Taisha-zukuri Honden of 1813 is an Important Cultural Property. A collection of 846 musical instruments dedicated to the shrine, and two dugout-canoes used in the Morotabune rite have been designated as Important Tangible Folk Cultural Property. Miho Shrine is situated 2 km west of Mihonoseki Lighthouse.

Sakaiminato on the western border of Tottori Prefecture is an active fishing port and host to a Japanese Self Defense Forces base. The locally-caught crab is especially good, but the big attraction is as the home of Mizuki Shigeru, creator of the popular manga Ge Ge Ge no Kitaro.
