Töölöntori

Töölöntori is an urban square and marketplace in the Töölö district of central Helsinki, Finland. It is bounded in the west by Runeberginkatu and the southern end of Topeliuksenkatu, in the north by Tykistönkatu; Töölöntorinkatu forms its eastern limit, and Sandelsinkatu its southern.

The Finlandia Hall is a congress and event venue in the centre of Helsinki on the Töölönlahti Bay, owned by the City of Helsinki. The building, which was designed by architect Alvar Aalto, was completed in 1971. Finlandia Hall is situated 620 metres southeast of Töölöntori.

The Helsinki Olympic Stadium, located in the Töölö district about 2.3 kilometres from the centre of the Finnish capital Helsinki, is the largest stadium in the country. Olympic Stadium is situated 1 km north of Töölöntori.
