The Secretariat Building or Central Secretariat houses the most important offices and ministries of the Government of India. The Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib is a historic gurdwara near Parliament House in New Delhi. It was built in 1783, after Sikh military leader Baghel Singh captured Delhi, on 11 March 1783, and his brief stay in Delhi led to the construction of several Sikh religious shrines in the city. Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib is situated 460 metres north of Central Secretariat.

The Jaipur Column is a monumental column in the middle of the courtyard in front of Rashtrapati Bhavan, the presidential residence in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Jaipur Column is situated 330 metres west of Central Secretariat.
