The Auwal Mosque, alternatively spelled Awwal, Owal or Owwal, is a mosque in the Bo-Kaap neighbourhood of Cape Town, South Africa. It was completed in 1794 and was the first mosque established in South Africa. Auwal Mosque is situated 260 metres southwest of Riebeeck Square.

The Nurul Islam Mosque is a Sunni Islam mosque in the Bo-Kaap area of Cape Town, South Africa. When it was founded in 1834, the structure could hold 150 worshipers. Renovated in 2001, it can now hold 700 worshipers. Nurul Islam Mosque is situated 210 metres west of Riebeeck Square.

The South African Sendinggestig Museum was established in 1977 and is currently situated in the centre of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, and housed in the oldest indigenous mission church in the country built by local Christians.
