Åbo Svenska Teater is a Finland-Swedish theatre in the city of Turku in Finland and the oldest theatre in the country, founded in 1839. The building itself is also the oldest still functioning theatre house in Finland. Åbo Svenska Teater is situated 110 metres north of Market hall.

Turku City Hall is a Neo-Renaissance building on the bank of the Aura River in Turku, Finland. The City Council of Turku convenes there. The mayor worked in an Art Nouveau building near the City Hall, the Turku City Office, until 2011. Turku City Hall is situated 180 metres southeast of Market hall.
