Mount Akaishi, is a peak in the Akaishi Mountains, on the border of Shizuoka and Nagano Prefectures in central Honshū, Japan. On June 1, 1964, the mountain was included within the Minami Alps National Park. Mount Akaishi is situated 2½ km south of Arakawa Hut.

Mount Warusawa, also Mount Higashi, is a mountain located in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. It has a height of 3,141 metres. It is located in the southern part of the Akaishi Mountains, which are known as the "Southern Alps". Mount Warusawa is situated 2½ km northeast of Arakawa Hut.
