Ernst-Happel-Stadion, known as Praterstadion until 1992, is a football stadium in Leopoldstadt, the 2nd district of Austria's capital Vienna. With 50,865 seats, it is the largest stadium in Austria. Ernst-Happel-Stadion is situated 1¼ km southeast of VIECON.

Krieau is a metro station on the U2 of the Vienna U-Bahn. It is located in Leopoldstadt, Vienna's 2nd district. The station opened in May 2008 as part of the eastern extension of the U2. Krieau station is situated 260 metres east of VIECON.

The Wiener Riesenrad, or simply Riesenrad, is a 64.75-metre tall Ferris wheel at the entrance of the Prater amusement park in Leopoldstadt, the 2nd district of Austria's capital Vienna. Giant Ferris Wheel is situated 1 km west of VIECON.
