The Instituto Superior Técnico is the school of engineering and technology of the University of Lisbon. It was founded as an autonomous school in 1911, and was integrated into the Technical University of Lisbon in 1930. Instituto Superior Técnico is situated 250 metres northwest of Quiosque Lisboa.

Cinema Império was a cinema, theatre, and concert hall in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon that opened on 24 May 1952 and closed in December 1983.
