It is located at Yanping South Road No.26, Zhongzheng District and lies in the Bo'ai Special Zone as well. Futai Street Mansion is situated 250 metres northeast of 新僑商業大廈.

Taipei North Gate, formally Cheng'en Gate, is a historical gate in Taipei, Taiwan, and a national monument. Constructed in 1884, it is the best-preserved gate of the historical Walls of Taipei. North Gate of Taipei City Wall is situated 350 metres northeast of 新僑商業大廈.
