Futago-ji is a Tendai Buddhist temple in Kunisaki, Ōita Prefecture, Japan. It is located on the slopes of Mount Futago, the highest mountain on the Kunisaki Peninsula. Futagoji Temple is situated 3½ km east of Nameshi dam.
