Middle Bay is a small bay in Southern District, Hong Kong Island, between Repulse Bay and South Bay. Middle Bay Beach is located there. It is a gazetted beach with lifeguards provided by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in the daytime during the summer months. Middle Bay Beach is situated 520 metres north of South Bay Beach.

The beach has barbecue pits and is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. Chung Hom Kok Beach is situated 1 km southeast of South Bay Beach.
