Kayq
Kayk is a village in the Aparan Municipality of the Aragatsotn Province of Armenia located 29 km away from Ashtarak 1850 meters above the sea level. The population migrated to Kayk during 1828-1929 from villages of Alashkert, Mush, Khoy, and Salmast regions.Places of Interest

Saint Narek chapel is a chapel of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Vardenis village, Aragatsotn Province, Armenia. The chapel was built in 2012 in the place known as the Narek of Papé. The chapel was anointed on 25 August 2012. Saint Narek chapel is situated 3 km southeast of Kayq.
