The Adidas Arena is a multi-purpose and modular hall located in La Chapelle neighborhood of Paris. The arena has a capacity of 8,000 seats for sporting events and 9,000 seats for concerts and shows, as well as two gymnasiums which will be for use by local clubs and residents. Adidas Arena is situated 1¼ km south of Studios de la Montjoie.

The Condorcet Paris-Aubervilliers Campus, known as Condorcet Campus, is an inter-university campus of the universities of Paris, located between Porte de la Chapelle in Paris and La Plaine Saint-Denis in Aubervilliers and inaugurated in 2019.
