Al Khalis is a town in Diyala, Iraq, roughly 15 kilometers northwest of Baqubah and roughly 55 kilometres northeast of Baghdad The Khalis Arfan district previously housed the Mujahedin-e Khalq in Camp Ashraf. Al Khalis is situated 7 km southeast of Ad Daghārah.
