Prophet’s Mosque

The Prophet's Mosque is the second mosque built by the Islamic prophet Muhammad in Medina, after the Quba Mosque, as well as the second largest mosque and holiest site in Islam, after the Masjid al-Haram in Mecca, in the Saudi region of the Hejaz. Prophet’s Mosque is situated 3½ km northeast of Urwah.

Al-Baqi Cemetery, also known as Jannat al-Baqi or Baqi al-Gharqad, is the oldest and first Islamic cemetery, located southeast of the Prophet's Mosque in Medina in the Hejaz region of Saudi Arabia. Maqbara Al Baqeea is situated 4 km northeast of Urwah.

The Hejaz Railway Museum is a railway museum in Medina, Saudi Arabia. It opened in 2006 and is located on the grounds of the restored Ottoman railway station in Medina. Hejaz Railway Museum is situated 2½ km northeast of Urwah.
