‘Ain Ghazal

Ayn Ghazal is a Neolithic archaeological site located in Amman, Jordan, about 2 km north-west of Amman Civil Airport. The site is remarkable for being the place where the ʿAin Ghazal statues were found, which are among the oldest large-sized statues ever discovered. ‘Ain Ghazal is situated 2½ km northeast of Wādī Mārkā.

Citadel Hill

The Amman Citadel on Citadel Hill is an archaeological site on an L-shaped hill towering over Downtown Amman, in the central part of the capital of Jordan. Citadel Hill is situated 3 km southwest of Wādī Mārkā.

Amman New Camp, usually known as the Al-Wehdat or Al-Wihdat camp, which is located in the Hay Al Awdah neighbourhood in southeast Amman, the capital city of Jordan, occupies a 0.48 km2. Al-Wehdat camp is situated 5 km southwest of Wādī Mārkā.
