Mekhora is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank organized as a moshav. It was built on lands confiscated by the Israel Defense Forces from the Palestinian villages of Al-Jiftlik, Beit Dajan and Beit Furik.

Beit Dajan is a Palestinian village in the Nablus Governorate in the north central West Bank, located 10 kilometers east of Nablus. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, it had a population of approximately 4,460 in 2017. Beit Dajan is situated 3½ km northwest of Wādī Ja‘wānī.
