Modi’in Center

Modi'in–Center railway station is an Israel Railways passenger terminal and one of two stations serving Modi'in. It is the terminus of the Nahariya-Modi'in line, with service to the airport, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Akko. Modi’in Center is situated 2 km southwest of Ash Shaykh Aḩmad ash Shiltāwī.

Barfiliya was a Palestinian village located 10.5 kilometres east of Ramla that was depopulated during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War. Located on a tell, excavations conducted there by Israeli archaeologists beginning in 1995 found artifacts dating back to the Pre-Pottery Neolithic A period. Barfilya is situated 2½ km west of Ash Shaykh Aḩmad ash Shiltāwī.

Maarava Machon Rubin is an Orthodox yeshiva high school located in the Israeli settlement of Matityahu, near Modi'in, midway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Ma’arava Yeshiva is situated 1½ km northeast of Ash Shaykh Aḩmad ash Shiltāwī.
