Kalya is an Israeli settlement organized as a kibbutz in the West Bank. It was originally established in 1929 but was occupied and destroyed by the Jordanians in 1948; it was later rebuilt in 1968 after the Six-Day War. Kalya is situated 8 km northeast of Wādī Abū ash shu‘lah.

Kedar is a rural Israeli settlement in the West Bank. Located to the south of Ma'ale Adumim and organised as a community settlement, it falls under the jurisdiction of Gush Etzion Regional Council. Kedar is situated 9 km northwest of Wādī Abū ash shu‘lah.
