Hazro is a municipality and district of Diyarbakır Province, Turkey. Its area is 426 km2, and its population is 16,093. It is populated by Kurds. In the local elections in March 2019 Ahmet Çevik from the Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party was elected Mayor.
