The Iconic Tower is a mixed-use supertall skyscraper in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. With a total structural height of almost 400 metres, it is both the tallest building and the tallest structure in Africa.

New Administrative Capital is the current official name for the new capital of Egypt, 45 km east of Cairo in Lower Egypt. The city will reportedly be named Wedian, the plural form of wadi which means dry riverbed.

Land for the development was allocated by the Presidential Decree 193/1995 to the Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development, making it the company's largest land allocation since it bought its original 6100-acre plot to build the Heliopolis Oasis in 1905. New Heliopolis is situated 10 km north of Tall Zamzam.
