Kekova is a small Turkish island near Demre district of Antalya province which faces the villages of Kaleköy and Üçağız. Kekova has an area of 4.5 km2 and is uninhabited. It was known as Dolichiste in antiquity. Kekova Island is situated 2½ km west of Sezgin Adası.
