Ancient Alalakh

Alalakh is an ancient archaeological site approximately 20 kilometres northeast of Antakya in what is now Turkey's Hatay Province. It flourished as an urban settlement in the Middle and Late Bronze Age, c. Ancient Alalakh is situated 3½ km south of Canbulak.
Tell Tayinat

Tell Ta'yinat is a low-lying ancient tell on the east bank at the bend of the Orontes River where it flows through the Amuq valley, in the Hatay province of Mediterranean Turkey about 25 kilometers south east of Antakya, and lies near Tell Atchana, the site of the ancient city of Alalakh. Tell Tayinat is situated 3 km southwest of Canbulak.

Demirköprü is a neighbourhood of the municipality and district of Antakya, Hatay Province, Turkey. Its population is 1,011. The village was the birthplace of Yusuf al-Sa'dun, a commander in the Hananu Revolt. Demirköprü is situated 4½ km southwest of Canbulak.

Al-Tlul or Al-Tloul is a Syrian village located in Salqin Nahiyah in Harem District, Idlib. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Al-Tlul had a population of 1703 in the 2004 census. At-Telul is situated 7 km south of Canbulak.

The Amik Valley is a plain in Hatay Province, southern Turkey. It is close to the city of Antakya. Along with Dabiq in northwestern Syria, it is believed to be one of two possible sites of the battle of Armageddon according to Islamic eschatology. Amik Valley is situated 9 km northwest of Canbulak.
