Sumatar Harabesi was an ancient watering place for semi-nomadic peoples located in the Tektek Mountains, 60 kilometers southeast of Urfa and 40 kilometers northeast of Harran, in modern-day Turkey. Sumatar Harabesi is situated 190 metres south of Harbetsudi Harabesi.
