Miķeļtornis is a populated place in the Tārgale Parish of Ventspils Municipality in the Courland region of Latvia. It is one of the twelve Livonian villages on the Livonian Coast. Pissen is situated 4½ km east of Lūžupe.

Irbene is a ghost town in Ance parish, northwestern Latvia. In 1971, the Soviet Union established a secret radar center "Звезда" and built a settlement for military officers and their families, naming it Irbene because of nearby river Irbe. Irbene is situated 4½ km southwest of Lūžupe.
