Taldom is a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located 110 kilometers north of Moscow, on a suburban railway connecting Moscow to Savyolovo. Population: 13,819 ; 13,334 ; 14,410 . Between 1918 and 1929, it was known as Leninsk. Taldom is situated 9 km south of Kvashenki.
